Trademark use

Official BAPC product, service, platform, application, and system names use the ™ symbol where applicable until a particular mark is formally registered. If a mark later receives formal registration, the ® symbol may replace ™ for that registered mark where legally appropriate.

BAPC Studios™ Promotional Free-Access & User Support Addendum

Promotional Free-Access Period: Through September 30, 2026

Standard Paid Launch: October 1, 2026

BAPC Studios™ will temporarily suspend standard customer pricing during the promotional launch period. Users seeking promotional access must create an account using a valid email address and complete registration before October 1, 2026. Registered users may access participating features at no charge during the promotional period.

Beginning October 1, 2026, BAPC Studios™ may activate standard subscription, service, usage, product, or feature pricing. Users must be shown applicable pricing before any paid purchase or subscription is activated. Promotional signup does not automatically authorize future charges.

Features that are not operational, require unavailable third-party services, paid APIs, external credentials, premium licensing, or are designated Coming Soon may remain unavailable or restricted during the promotional period.

Watch the countdown to our October 1 paid launch, and if you experience any issues, use the support message box on the BAPC Studios™ home screen to let us know.

Brand ownership

BAPC names, logos, product names, service names, application names, system names, designs, graphics, interfaces, documentation, original content, and other proprietary brand materials are owned or controlled by Bakko Armour LLC, except where third-party ownership, licensing, or open-source rights are specifically identified.

Third-party trademarks, technologies, software, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Universal application

This standard applies across the BAPC ecosystem, including applicable applications, websites, services, documents, digital products, platforms, systems, graphics, promotional materials, presentations, download pages, customer-facing services, and internal proprietary systems.
